		<description>There are several risk factors for developing heart disease; high LDL cholesterol is only one. Family history plays a significant role. If your father had a heart attack or stroke prior to age 55 or your mother had a heart attack or stroke prior to 65, you have a higher risk. I wish I had some advice I could give you. I do know my sister said the main problem in her house is getting her husband to lay off eating between meals and eating everything he shouldn't. lol
I guess that means having a lot of will power to walk away from the things you might want, but shouldn't have.  : )
